Chabaprai Hoffman, also known as Cookie LMT, has over 13 years of experience in Indiana. She moved to Tennessee about a year, now she also LMT in Tennessee. Cookie is also a certified in Thai Traditional Massage, Thai Foot Massage (Reflexology), and Advanced Thai Medical Massage Therapy in Bangkok Thailand. Cookie technique is very unique because she incorporates all different techniques like Relaxation, Deep tissue, Therapeutic, Pressure points, Reflexology, and also Stretching as needed in one session for Swedish Massage.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are inside the 48 hour window and would like to reschedule you may transfer your deposit to a new date as long as it is within 30 days. Please contact me if you need to reschedule.
